"I arrived at about 12:30am bc of a flight delay and proceeded to wait in line at reception for an HOUR. It was such a hot mess. The rooms were messed up, some of the people didn’t even have rooms. At the end of it I was in their whole other tower that was like a 15 minute walk. There were three other people running around there and a HUGE LINE at reception and ONE PERSON checking people in. Now you can see that you have a line out the door and you can see it’s taking this woman like 20 minutes plus per customer to check people in bc of whatever issues they were having—it’s literally midnight. Standing in a line at reception for an hour-no exaggeration—is really the worst customer experience. Why don’t you put one or two other people to help? Oh and then I asked for a late checkout and she wouldn’t give me more than a hour from 11 to 12. Don’t you think if you made someone lose sleep bc of your failure to run the place properly you would give them an extra hour later at checkout. The hotel is fine but the experience was so bad I would not give this a good rating. Do not recommend. "

"A great stay for me and my kids over their spring break. It’s not as expensive of a hotel as I typically book, so it was pretty much as I expected with regard to amenities and such, but I will compliment the staff for all being friendly and attentive. I will also say, I travel a lot, for business and pleasure, and the double bed in our family room was unbelievably comfortable! Definitely in my top three beds of any and all hotels! I slept like I do in my own bed at home, straight through the night, instead of waking up several times like I typically will in a hotel room."
