"From the moment we arrived they were very welcoming. Property very clean and great food. We had our 13 year old son and he had a blast from swimming, meeting new friends, playing basketball and enjoying the access to the beach. It was simply amazing."

"The bathtub had a bug crawling around in it. There was hair in the sink and on the floor. The hot tub was broken. They charged $20 a night for parking. I went back and looked at the listing on hotels.com and it was never mentioned that they charged for parking. They put 2 different $100 holds on my credit card for one room. The line to check in was very long. Rooms were old and outdated. Probably would not stay here again."

"Although clean, the room was the smallest we’ve ever stayed in, to the point that the sink was in the room not the bathroom. Very nice rain shower, but water didn’t drain properly the first day - it was fixed after notifying the front desk. View out the window was a wall several feet away. Air conditioning unit was loud and rattled all night, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Parking was $50 per night, but that appeared to be par for the downtown area."

"Its San Diego… so not like uts going to be a great deal, but it was reasonably priced. The parking lot was being renovated so it wasn’t great access but still worked. Restaurants there (didn’t eat there though) and it obviously wasn’t the Waldorf but it worked. I did see a bunch of people using the Hot Tub so I’m gonna assume that it worked. All in all and adequate choice for the money."
