The staff was friendly and helpful when I inquired about restaurants and attractions in their area. The hotel room was very clean and the atmosphere made me feel at home.

Would never stay again

Staff complained and was not attentive to guests, room wasn’t cleaned on second night, room smelled, limited vending machines, extremely slow elevators Not up to standards of other Hyatt hotels except for price.

Potential but many flaws

Pros: Spacious room.
Cons: Get rid of ants. Leave a TV channel list that's accurate, and all channels should be digital. More channels.
Room was appealing and comfortable, but bathroom was infested with ants. Had to change rooms at 1:30 am. TV stations limited and most were analog. Room clock was 20 minutes slow and we could not reset it. Good thing: food available in lobby 24/7. Staff was courteous and helpful.
