The location of the hotel was perfect. Walking in, the lobby was great and pretty and really aesthetic honestly. But then once you started walking down the hallway and got to the room, you could see it was rundown and grimy. It did its job and the beds were clean, but it was just run down.

Nice clean hotel on Route 40. Good stop on our road trip. HBO on TV, ice machine and WiFi. Room clean and we had no complaints. Free newspaper and tourist maps in the lobby. I highly recommend going downtown to the Natural History Museum. Very interesting, esp. dueling dinosaurs exhibit and research.
