La terrasse sur le toit est désuète, les photos ont plus de 10 ans. La piscine est très petite 12 x 12 pieds. L’intérieur du condo est comme les photos donc très bien. Pas facile de se servir edge la plaque de cuisson car cela prend 10 minutes pour faire bouillir 2 pouces d’eau, parce que la plaque est branché sur le 110 voltes . Comme tous les condos l’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne. La climatisation fonctionne très bien .

Wonderful property. The condo was comfortable. A lot of neighborhood noise with construction and street noise. The stairs were quite a bit too if you are staying on the upper floors (no elevator). The plunge pool on the roof was fine but a little chilly and small. We had a fantastic stay but would definitely not be suitable for some.

Good sunny spot

Enjoyed stay, studio was compact but contained everything needed; free, onsite, laundry was a bonus for the extended stay. Rooftop deck is small, but provides everything needed to enjoy the sun. Only con is noisy neighbourhood, excessive numbers of dogs that bark continually including all night long. Difficult to find, doesn’t seem to have a specific address, no exterior signage, airport transfer had trouble finding it.

Good location, a block away from the main avenue. Modern, clean, good communication from the host albeit done remotely. Kitchen equipment was lacking and the fridge was really noises.

Property itself is very nice, however it is not in the best area. It is a bit of a walk to the main locations you want to go to. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult to sleep in.

The property was very clean and well kept. If I had a question I generally got a very quick response. We did not cook there at all, however was well equipped if we would have wanted to. The roof top pool was always kept clean. It was not huge but we pretty well used it every day. My only complaint was no elevator, we definitely got our exercise, and probably that was a good thing.

Wow! This was a wonderful studio apartment and the management was amazing. It was extremely clean and I felt very safe. I loved the balcony for reading and drinking coffee in the morning. The beach is just a few blocks away. Everyone who works there is extremely nice and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10!!!!

Loved it!

Very comfortable and stylish apartment. Low key lighting options which is a welcome luxury compared to glaring ceiling lights which is the norm in most affordable places. A very short walk to all the sights and sounds of Playa.

Very accomodating& communicative host. I was fortunately able to have an early check in & the host was able to arrange a change in bedding when I raised concerns. I was on the ground floor facing the street, unfortunately the kids play outside till after 11pm so if you go to bed early bear that in mind. Overall a pleasant experience.

Staying at Ocean was a great choice. The location is close enough to the center of Playa that it is walkable, but also far enough to be away from the obnoxious noise echoing at night from Quinta Avenida. I am very appreciative of Beto, who is a friendly and attentive manager, as well as the staff personnel like Nelly, who was helpful and proactive. Communication with both was smooth. Lots of light in the room during the day, and super clean bed linens, which I loved. It was also a luxury to have two washers and dryers in the building. Overall I felt very safe and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!
