The entire fun inclusive experience was amazing. The hotel was so awesome. We did not even wanna leave the resort to go to the parks. On the days we did end up going to the Parks. The service was phenomenal and we had an excellent time.

This is the fifth time we’ve come to this resort, and it’s not worth what we paid. The room they gave us was full of cockroaches—they were coming out from everywhere. We had to change rooms at 2:00 a.m. The food is no longer as good as it used to be, the service has also gone down a lot in quality, and they don’t have enough staff. At the “Faroles” restaurant, there’s no entertainment anymore, and now they close very early. Everything closes very early, from bars to restaurants. I also didn’t like the age-restricted areas because if my daughter wants to go to the district, she would have to go alone since they didn’t let her brother, who is 12, enter. Oh, and the distances are huge to walk from one place to another. It wasn’t a good experience. Not for a five diamond resort it’s more like a four star resort now

everything was perfect. It was beautiful the hotel it's really big so many options to eat you can eat all day , if you want to you can stay there for days and never finished exploring everything you want you find it and every corner it's perfect for especial vacations.

The good- The property is massive, beautiful and well kept. Rooms (even the most basic) are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Amazing variety of food and quality is excellent! Majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. The bad- customer service could definletey be improved. The property itself is beautiful. My only reason to give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the staff try very hard to sell you a timeshare, or to be part of their VIP club. They’re extremely pushy, they’ll lure you in with a free dinner BUT you must attend a 3 hour presentation. Don’t fall for it, they’re there to serve you, not the other way around.

Even though you pay all inclusive, you don't have access to restaurants reservation required, they even inform you that if you are not a memeber of their vacation club or if you don't take the 2 hours talk about that, you lose several services and amenities such as dinner in restaurants with reservation.very bad

The property has much better food than the average all inclusive, staff was always friendly and made you feel welcome. The activities were amazing and abundant, we actually changed our flight to stay an extra day because we were having so much fun.
