This was a really great place for my partner and I to stay at for our engagement-moon. The staff were very friendly and cleaned our rooms every single day as well as stocked our mini fridge like they said. There was construction going on but I didn’t really notice it unless we were walking by.

We loved how many pools and activities there were for everyone in the family. The staff was great. We loved seeing all the animals on the property living naturally in the resort. It was fun to see them everyday. Half of the restort was under construction. It did not hinder our experience at all. I looked at it as a plus less people.

In general we had a good time but the hotel need some renovation like painting, etc. Now they are renovating a half of the hotel but the rest is still in need, maybe is the next project. The pools are great but maybe a little of background music and some more activities would be fun. The staff at pool bars and the buffet / restaurants did an amazing job, they work very very hard and always with a good attitude. For me the food at the buffet was much better that the restaurants, limited menus and no that tasty (my personal opinion). The buffet had a very variety of food, sweets, fruits, salads. The shows were ok. In general we liked our stay, the kids had a blast in the pools but I don't think I will come back (the price was competitive compared with other resorts)

Property is under construction but they do a good job fencing areas in. The beach is horrible with lots of seaweed and poop so not worth it to lounge. Most folks did trips to tulum and mujeres to have nice crystal beaches. Food is mediocre but drinks were lovely and they were very accommodating. Very respectful place to go solo, as a couple, group, or family. Swim up room was amazing! There’s plenty of things to do and there is an adults side you can stay at if you wanna be around adults only. Perfect time of year. Be prepared for folks trying to sell you on everything and everything is negotiable! Def going back again. Great getaway for great price with a great room and met great staff and patrons.
