Worst customer service ever . Staffs in the restaurant very rude to customers. I was asking about water bottle , receptionist told me to go back to my room where is 15 mins walk or 10 wait for shuttle. It’s very hard to make reservations at the restaurants and mostly you can’t make reservations. No music at the pool . Kid clubs close at 3pm . Never come back again .

Disappointing Experience at the Resort I would not choose to return to this resort, as it was one of the most disappointing I’ve experienced in Mexico. On our first night, we discovered a water leak in our room and requested a room change early the next morning at the front desk. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t accommodate us until the issue was fixed, but the problem couldn’t be resolved quickly, and water was still everywhere. We were finally moved to a different room around noon. The dining options were very limited. You’re unable to reserve sit-down restaurants until your second day, and the quality of food there was actually worse than the buffet. Additionally, there were no snack bars or casual food options around the pool area. There wasn’t much to do on the property, and the kids’ club was especially disappointing, as it opened late and closed early. Staff friendliness was lacking across the board, including at the front desk. The buffet servers seemed unmotivated, despite our group tipping at every meal. It’s clear that management could benefit from investing in better employee training to improve the overall guest experience.

Overall it’s a great experience in this hotel, other than they refused to upgrade my room for free, which my reservation included free upgrade upon availability. The food qualify is excellent, many options for dining, we loved the steak and lobster buffet. Kids club staffs are friendly, and if kids club would take 3 years old diaper trained then would be even better. Multiple pools and bars options, we loved all the drinks from the bar. I would definitely come back again.

I like how attentive the staff was. There was some construction going on and limited hours on the pool and other amenities pretty early, but it was still fine for the most part. I wish they provide a cheaper transportation up to Cancun, but it’s still a great property.

First off my Wife and I have experienced over 2 dozen 5 and 4 star rared resorts across the Caribbean and Mexico over the last 15 years. We know what to expect We traveled with 4 adults 2 of which are in their late 70s and our 5 yr old daughter. The photos and descriptions showed a small water park, several kids events each day. As we arrived the property was huge and beautiful! We were upgraded by Expedia as platinum members to Platinum. It was very nice. Up on waiting for room to be ready we began to inquire about the kids areas. To our shock we were told we would not have access to this area of the property. This was no OK at all. This trip was for my daughter who starts school in 2 weeks. Basically there was nothing for her at all. All the other pools were over her head and the beach…it was covered in sargassum (the beach sargassum was in any part the fault of the resort it was everywhere despite worker trying to clean it all day everyday) the beach and water was unusable. We informed the staff that if we had no access to the kids areas, this was not going to work. They directed us to the buffet and said that they would handle it. We explained all these major amenities we advertised in what we booked. After lunch the staff approached us with a proposal 2 days of passes for my family and 3 days free to come back within the next 12 months, IF we sat through their timeshare/ breakfast. I stayed with my fiance for 3 nights at the hotel for her birthday. First off, I'd like to say that the staff are attentive and they went beyond to make my fiance's birthday special. I did have some concerns from the recent negative reviews and I think the hotel is working on addressing those. Half of the hotel is still under construction, so we couldn't say much about the amenities here. The hotel was built in 2000 so it definitely needs improvements and repairs. There were 2 night shows and a pool dance during our stay, so it's pretty good. Food options are ok-ish. One day we had all kinds of seafood, and the other day just basic poultries. I hope it will get better after the construction. I would like to give it another try after the renovation, or at least will not pay the full price for the time being.

We’ve stayed at other hotels but this was by far the best due to us taking our kids and wanting to do activities that were for them. My daughter loved the kids club and my son loved the kids pool! They had plenty of activities for them to do which had us busy in a good way! The shows were also great and had them entertained! The restaurants were very good my favorite had to be the Mexican food, the buffet was also good and had a lot of kid friendly options. The rooms were cleaned daily which I loved, we aren’t messy but I loved having fresh towels and them organizing our bathroom stuff was a plus! The only thing is we had to cancel our booking and re book because you have to get a family room in order to have access to the kids pool and kid amenities which is not stated. Everything was great and everyone is super friendly and nice!
