The resort was beautiful and the staff was very friendly BUT if you need help with anything you had to talk to 5 different people and still help was limited. At check in info is also limited. We found out about activities or entertainment from guests not staff. Making reservations is aggravating. Bkfst and lunch is buffet style only or at least that’s what we found. There’s an app for dinner. You can pick from 5 restaurants. We got there on a Mon and couldn’t book anything in the app till Wed. I had to search for our buildings concierge because the 3 people I called didn’t make res. Luckily he got us a res for Mon and Tues but couldn’t answer why the app said no avail. We tried to book a massage apt again got the run around and ended up stopping by the spa to make an apt. The room was cold and I could hear people outside and in the hallway but I had an amazing massage. All rooms have balconies with table and chairs. Our room was nice and spacious. We did wake up to a couple cockroaches the 1st nt but kept the bathroom light on the rest of our stay and had no more issues. Housekeeping was friendly but cleaned our room even with a dnd sign on the door. We had a stocked fridge w pop, beer and water. Bathroom was spacious and had normal amenities like shampoo, hair dryer and iron. The property is huge so lots of walking but staff drives around in golf carts to take you where you need to go. There’s 2 pools if you want a chair you have to wake up early like 7am! Towels are limited

Very disappointed in this location, poor maintenance is apparent as the rooms ac work poorly, rude staff if you don’t want to join the premier club they offer. Buffet food is decent, room service food very limited in choices. Would definitely not return nor recommend this property

The property was not clean and in terrible shape. The rooms are not updated and not clean. They had mold and mildew. The food was subpar and the staff hounded us about doing a 90-minute VIP tour for free massages. We said no, but every time we left our room they would hound us about it. The beach is awful and not safe to swim in. Awful experience and awful resort...

El primer día nos dijeron que como los edificios son lejos pasa transportación cada 10 minutos no era cierto. Los huéspedes tienen que caminar largas distancias a pesar de la lluvia. La comida en el bufete nada mexicano todo es internacional y los restaurantes el menú es limitado a 3 platos. El servios de limpieza de habitación pésimo solo dejan 1 toalla pea habitación de 3 personas, telas de araña y filtración por el lobby y las habitaciones. Nada bueno para la familia.

well lets say that whole vacation was a disaster, and i can tell you this was worst resort that we visited in Mexico. we spent 5 nights there and first 24 hours was our fight with management to get room with A/C since our was not working, food was disaster- no choices in the bar, every day the same food with no taste. but most of all beach was a complete disappointment, WE DID NOT TAKE A SWIM NOT EVEN ONCE, grass was all over the beach and no one was cleaning it. It smelled so bad even 40 yards away from beach, piles and piles of weed outside and inside water. Resort itself is not well maintained and you can tell they don't care . AVOID THIS RESORT AND FIND SOMETHING ELSE FOR YOUR MONEY

Una terrible experiencia en este hotel, los frigobars de las habitaciones no sirven, no hay AC en los restaurantes y lobby del hotel, la comida apenas aceptable y muy limitada la transportación dentro del hotel, muy pocos carritos, mucha gente ( todos molestos con el servicio ) algunas veces ni suficiente hielo para la bebidas 😡

Hard to get around property. Asked for room pickup twice and no one ever arrived which caused me to miss my shuttle transportation. Then had to pay additional cost for transportation. inconvience to make dinner reservations. Beach was unfavorable.

Property is very outdated and the restrooms were in horrible condition… Broken sinks, faucets, etc. the food is good and the service was pretty good but the surrounding landscaping and amenities were very broken down and outdated. I think at one time it was a nice resort, but not now.
