The Space:

Sunlight streams through the tree‑lined streets of College Park as you step onto a private entrance, and the calm of a freshly remodeled tiny home greets you. The gentle hum of air‑conditioning blends with the soft rustle of leaves, inviting you to unwind with a coffee at the countertop or settle in for a streamed movie on the Smart TV. Outside, a fenced backyard with string lights promises quiet evenings under the warm Orlando sky, while the city’s energy waits just minutes away.



Sleeping arrangements

One bedroom houses a single bed that comfortably sleeps up to three guests with provided linens, extra pillows, and blankets. The layout keeps the space open and airy, perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring.



Bathroom & laundry

A renovated bathroom offers fresh towels and bathroom essentials, and a free in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for cooking at home, featuring a coffee maker, countertop bar seating, and all the basics you need to prepare meals. A dining area flows naturally from the kitchen, creating a welcoming spot for meals, work, or planning your next adventure.



Living space

An open‑plan living area connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining zones. A Smart TV with streaming services provides relaxed evenings, while high‑speed WiFi supports work or leisure. A dedicated workspace in the common area adds convenience for business travelers.

Nestled in College Park, you’re a short stroll from Winter Park Village, downtown Orlando, and cultural sites such as the Science Center and Museum of Art. Disney World, Universal Studios, and a variety of restaurants, breweries, and local shops are within easy driving distance, giving you the best of both calm and excitement.



Access & extras

Self‑check‑in via a smart lock ensures a smooth arrival, and free parking on the premises plus additional street parking adds flexibility. The single‑level layout, WiFi, and thoughtful amenities make this tiny home a comfortable base for work, leisure, or a blend of both.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
