This quality 6-bedroom villa (max 12 guests) has its own south-facing pool (pool heating optional) looking onto a private fishing lake in Terra Verde, an award-winning resort-style community.
The home is well furnished and fully equipped with ALL NEW white goods and air conditioning units for each floor. Includes free parking, free cable, and free Wi-Fi.
Home has ALL NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES, including fridge/freezer with ice maker (two sizes), cook top with oven, and quiet dishwasher. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the home essentials; coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The home welcomes children with additional travel crib, highchair, baby gates and children's utensils in the kitchen. Plates are also light and shatterproof to ensure safety. All bed linen and towels are supplied and regularly replaced.

The open-plan family room has leather couches, and a 42” smart flat-screen TV and is adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast area. A separate formal dining and sitting area with soft microfiber sofas sit at the front of the home.
This villa looks onto the private south facing lake. The covered patio includes sun loungers, outdoor seating and ceiling fans for warm sunny days. The private pool is enclosed with a net gate to ensure children’s safety and the entire outdoor area is net covered to keep any bugs out. Pool can be heated upon arrival for an additional fee.
Terra Verde is a private resort (check it out on Trip Advisor) only accessed through a 24-hour manned security gate. Guests have access to all its amenities including a Clubhouse with a concierge, a large, heated pool/spa, a Tiki bar (serving food and drinks), a Sauna, a gym, cybercafé, an amusement arcade, a basketball court, and children’s play area. The clubhouse also hosts a variety of entertainment for guests e.g., Movie nights, Easter egg hunts, Christmas events, and the like.
The homes’ location is ideal; 2 miles southeast of Kissimmee Old Town and close to restaurants and shops. Disney is a 15 mins drive. Sea World, Universal and Universal' Volcano Bay' are about 20/30 minutes. The Premium Outlets, Premier Outlets and International Drive are about 15 mins away while Orlando International Airport, the Florida Mall and Millenium Mall are about 30 mins. An hours’ drive can take you to Tampa Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach.

Good with a few issues

Overall our stay was great - house was as described, lots of space, good location and the entire resort was lovely. Our issues - The upstairs bedroom had such an overwhelming smell of moth balls we couldn’t use it. The property manager was made aware but as we were gone most days it was hard to coordinate getting it fixed. There was very little provided in terms of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towel and most importantly, toilet paper (one spare roll for the 10 Day stay). When you’re travelling from a distance for over a week with a group these items aren’t something we planned to have to purchase, but sadly we did. There is a request to not take any glass onto the patio (which is totally understandable), but only plastic cups are provided - no dishes. The property management responded quickly to a few other small issues and in general it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful property with beautiful views.

We had a couple of situations at the property however Graham and Rana were amazing and prompt at replying and rectifying the situations. Definitely would return. :) Only complaint is that I wish it had 7 bedrooms. :)

Great Orlando vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. All the rooms were well appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was perfect for cooling off. The neighbourhood was quiet and well kept and we felt safe due to the security at the gate. We would use the villa again if we return to Orlando.

Great location - Lots to offer

Family and friends came to Orlando to help me celebrate my 50th Birthday. The home was great that each person was able to have their own space but the same time all feeling together. The only things that I feel could have been better was the tiles on the pool were dirty. The water was clear just a ring of yuck around the waters edge. we had 2 chairs with lose legs. The last thing was the lights at the pool did not work. But over all it was great and we would go there again.

This was by far the easiest check in the last three checking were awful. Upon arrival the place was beautiful and spacious just as advertised. After getting settled in I noticed that the air wasn't working Thursday and Friday was HOT and pool lights didn't work. I called the office and they immediately sent someone to check the air. I was made aware that they had to install a new unit and they did the very next day which was Saturday morning. The pool guy said they needed to replace the lights but never did it never stopped the kids from swimming though. Now these are things I didn't bother to complain about because I'm not one to complain about every little thing. Just making aware so they are noticed. No wash cloths in the entire unit ( 6 bath) Only 3 burning work on the stove. The refrigerator wouldnt close unless you took one of the drawers out. Overall this vacation was awesome and I would definitely rent again!!!!

Good stay

We enjoyed the property and had no issues, would stay again. On the last day it was around 90 degF and both ACs had trouble keeping the temp below 76. We were gone all day so not a big deal other than it was warm when we tried to go to sleep.

In places I have stayed in the past I felt like I was in their home. It’s the small details that make your stay comfortable. The clubhouse was the best feature of all. We were not able to use our pool until Friday b/c it was too cold. Also, the hot tub should be cleaned. There is sand in it.

DEAD BUGS IN POOL, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

We rented this home specifically for the pool. We are a family of 4, and really only needed 2 bedrooms, but loved the pictures so we booked it. We arrived at the house around 8pm and the pool light was burnt out. So, I sent an email, they replied that they were aware of it (then why weren’t we informed?). I was told a technician would come the following day. The following day we went swimming and noticed a TON of small little dead bugs in the water. Since the pool light was still not working, I emailed them to follow up. The response was “likely caused by the recent storms.” This is our 4th VRBO with a pool. This is the first time we have ever encountered a less than clean pool. Graham called me to say they would clean it and the light would be replaced. Finally, 2 days later the pool light was replaced. Supposedly the pool had been cleaned as well. I sent pictures of the pool AFTER the clean with dead little bugs, and the response was “a pool skimmer is made available to guests.” The pool did not look as if anyone had cleaned it. It needed to be “vacuumed” to filter the bugs out, but it clearly wasn’t. We didn’t end up swimming in it again. I felt like there would be dead bugs in my hair. It was gross. Graham made it seem to be an “us” issue. Our standards are normal - you don’t want to be swimming with tiny dead bugs. I also emailed that the Garburator was not working. No response. It wasn’t just the pool... window ledges in the front had a ton of dead flies. I moved a couch up 3 inches to look for a toy that had fallen under it and it was disgusting. Tons of crumbs and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The fan had a thick layer of dust on it - so bad, we couldn’t use it. Air vents covered in dust. I went into the garage to get the vacuum and literally had to play a game of minesweeper to avoid all the dead worms that covered the garage. Once again, no response. The house needs a good deep clean. When each renter is paying a cleaning fee you would expect it to be clean. The garburator wasn’t fixed, and dead bugs still littered the pool, garage and house. Graham didn’t offer any suggestions. He said he would need to call the health authority over our pool claims, as it had been cleaned 3 times - yet clearly it hadn’t been. Graham was the most frustrating person I have ever spoken to. Not once did he apologize or come up with any ways to make anything better. His tone was very accusatory. We left this home feeling cheated.

Great stay - great house!

We had 12 adults (parents and adult children) staying here for 5 days while visiting Disney World and Universal Studios. The house is lovely, clean, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely sized. We were disappointed that we never found the time to use the hot tub as it was ready to go! The fellows at the gate and the clubhouse were great! The property manager was incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay again!
