"The hotel is excellent and has a wonderful atmosphere. It’s conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk from both the subway and JR stations. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from around the JR station area. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and well-equipped with great amenities. There’s even a Lawson right inside the hotel and a relaxing onsen (hot spring) to enjoy. Everything was perfect—I will definitely stay here again next time!"

"Awesome hotel staff to welcome us to the Keio Plaza Shinjuku for the first time and we absolutely were impressed with everything on property especially our twin deluxe connecting rooms with special city views and the lovely Sky Plaza to view, relax, and hang out comfortably in tranquil settings. Our family loved the spacious and clean rooms with modern decor and large bathroom with shower and tub. We will definitely return for future stays at the lovely Keio Plaza!!! Thank you so much!"
