This was a great place to stay. Price was right. Older hotel, but kept up nicely and clean. Good location in Dunsmuir, walking distance to the market and dining. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was clean, fresh and cute. Calming to be at which means a lot to me. The gals upfront at the diner are fantastic and super helpful and sweet

The property is dated but, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised.

So we were driving south on Highway 5 and decided to stop in a Dunsmuir for the night. We paid for a reservation through Travelocity at about 10 pm. Got to the motel at 10:40 Pm only to find ourselves locked out of the motel with a note saying the office would re-open at 7am. Sign said ring bell after 11 pm (it was still twenty minutes earlier than that) if checking in after 11. Tried ringing bell Several times. No answer. Had to drive another hour to Redding. Hoping we will get our money back.
