Well maintained and staffed hotel.

The breakfast selections (and their execution) were great!

I had a great two night weeknight stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cooked to order breakfast was an added bonus, as was the evening hospitality reception from 5:30-7:30 in the lobby bar area. Parking was well-lighted, free and plentiful. Internet access was free, despite the notice of a charge for it on the website. My request to be on an upper floor was honored.

Love this Hotel

Pros: Everything!
Cons: The rooms could be updated.
Location: Good location for San Luis Obispo CA.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. I love the suites, breakfast and cocktail hour. Great place to stay. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Great week at the beach!

Hotel was close to restaurants, shopping and the beach (short drive). Hotel staff were very nice, helpful and professional. Hotel is well maintained. A full, cooked to order breakfast is available every morning and there is a Happy Hour every evening. We have stayed there many times and look forward to our next visit.

Just average

Old property; clean, adequate but not worth seeking out unless you want the proximity to the adjacent discount mall.

It was hard to find the hotel

Pros: The atrium area is very pleasant, and the fact that we had a suite, not just a room is also nice.
Cons: Front desk personnel need to be trained to give good directions to the hotel, and they should be able to help a guest to use their safe.
Location: Thursday evening farmers market is more like a big street fair with live music and all kinds if food. We also visited Montana de Oro, a state park whi
It was hard to find the hotel, because although it has an address on Madonna Rd,. it is hidden away at the back of a large shopping center. When we called for directions, they didn't explain this. Front desk personnel often seemed ignorant. The safe in our room was broken, so I asked at the front desk if I could use their safe and the young man at the front desk said he didn't know the combination! It took them 24 hours to fix the safe in our room. so I was carrying around my iPad and other valuables for that amount of time. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and between the breakfast and free wine and sangria and snacks at happy hour, it was a good deal.

Very convenient when visiting my son at Cal Poly

Great to have extra space for our family of 5 and everyone enjoyed the delicious breakfast. We checked in late and got a room right by the front lobby which I thought would be noisy, but I didn't get any outside noise once the door was shut. Great location. We will stay again!

Big hotel. Nice people.

Pros: Our tv cable was out, and the technician replaced our tv. He even gave us a free movie, and free dinner for our trouble.
Cons: The towels were rough. But, everything else was great.
Location: There were shops everywhere. A wonderful park with a workout trail, is right around the corner.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Huge free breakfast buffet. Nice large room, with a separate living room included.
