Property is small, fairly clean with basic amenities. Room is fairly spacious, and hotel is about a 10 minute walk from downtown. Our room did give us issues with our allergies. Within 15 minutes of checking in we had terrible allergies. We asked the front desk attendant Jay for help and a new room and he said nothing was available. We asked if we could cancel the booking (to go to a new hotel), and he said it was not his decision because we booked through Travelocity so we need to contact them. I contacted Travelocity who immediately called the hotel and they were told by Jay no refunds. So we had to go to Target and spend $200 for an air purifier to be able to stay in the room. Overall not worth the price and poor customer service.
