Easy check in. Clean room. Unfortunately we had some very loud people yelling back and forth right after we fell asleep. Not the hotels fault. Just rude people with no respect for others. Only lasted a few minutes.

When I check in the person at the desk didn’t inform me that the water wasn’t getting hot once I checked in I noticed 2 hrs later when I went to take a shower I relize the water wasn’t hot went to front desk to relized there was no actual person I had to talk to a person threw a machine this person told me to just go back to room and talk to the manager in the morning they will refund me my money when I went to talk to her she refused to refund me my full amount she said just half I find this not acceptable because I should of been told that the water wasn’t getting hot
