Floors filthy. Shower did not drain, so inch or more of standing water when showered and shower head leaked significant amount of water, deadbolt on door did not work and would not lock, awkward room set up for anyone to sit. Had room safe in closet and someone left dirty personal item. Small tv and mounted on very far wall so basically not able to use. We actually left a day early.

Staff was very rude and nosey and invaded my privacy, the women at this property made unpleasant comments during my stay and made me feel uncomfortable.

They over charged me for my reservations and the staff was really rude especially the women at the front desk, she just keep bugging and being nosey passing bye my room and spying on me throughout my stay. Really made me feel uncomfortable and upset about all the remarks she said to me. Wow I'll never stay here again.

The hotel was well furnished with most amenities I would expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The overall condition of the hotel and property were pretty good. I would stay at this hotel again!

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

I went there for Memorial Day weekend. For someone without a car, it is conveniently located to downtown San Luis Obispo(about a 10-15 minute walk). The service was great and reasonable. Only downside of the property is that it is right by an on ramp to Highway 101. So, there is bound to be many cars when crossing the street. All in all, i enjoying my stay and i might return at somepoint in the future!!

This property had dirty bed skirts. The linens should’ve been white but instead they were brown. A pillow that was once white was was yellowed. The floor was filthy. My socks were white and after walking on the floor they became black with dirt. I had to throw them away. I became concerned for hygiene and end up leaving after a few hours.

Price was good for the size of the room. We stayed in a family suite. Cleanliness was terrible. The whole place felt dirty and icky. You get what you pay for I guess. The place has definite potential if they did a better job cleaning up after guests. Due to that issue, probably would not stay here again. (i.e. towels had stains, couch had stains and crumbs. Floors were dirty and stained.)
