Nick, a front desk staff person, was beyond helpful. We objected to a disinfectant odor in the building we were first assigned and Nick saw to it we got a room that was acceptable. He accompanied us to each additional room until we were satisfied.

I've been visiting the Ranch for the last several years as a stop while going to or from Northern California (I live in Los Angeles); the gift shop is my favorite - I've purchased several pajama bottoms there. The bakery is to die for excellent. As I type this, I am staying overnight for the first time. I dined in the restaurant - the food was outstanding. The room is charming and cozy. The shower is PERFECT. I'll be back. that's for sure.

The universal air system was so noisy I was unable to go to sleep. The staff was unable to help since they could do nothing about the source of the noise. Too, the floors of our room were dirty. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and eager to help. I also love that between the trees and water sources on the property, the many kinds of birds one finds in this farming valley can be seen.

It was beautiful, roomy, convenient, mirrors, good water pressure, good lighting, good matresses, easy close parking, excellent food, heated pool and 2 hot tubs. I could not be happier. Loved it. Wish i had found this earlier. Fitness center too

Great place for a stopover while traveling the Interstate 5 in California. Isolated, but that’s fine as it has all you need including a great restaurant and bar, as well as gift shop and small market. The property is top flight and very appealing and charming and everything is in great working order. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

A+ for families traveling with small children

We stayed here overnight while traveling from southern California to northern California. The resort was very clean and well kept. The area was well lit, the onsite parking lot was large and close to the rooms, and the area felt very safe. The room was very clean, and it came with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a fridge. The best part of the resort was the swimming pool. That pool was 10/10, clean, heated, and very big. We arrived later in the night and the toddler was cranky from being in the car for hours. It was nice to be able to take him for a swim even at night and let him have a little fun. The water was plenty warm, even though the outside air was cold. The pool deck also had fresh towels.
