When we got to our room the beds weren’t made and there was garbage everywhere they put us in a different room it smelt horrible and wasn’t overly clean. The walls were cracked and flaking. The pillows were tiny and old with no stuffing. It was extremely noisy not an enjoyable stay

The hotel location is fine from airport. The late night check-in process was efficient. Staff is friendly at desk and restaurant. The property is dated and needs a makeover to match value for money. Air conditioner in room is loud when functioning. The floor towel was stained. It is basic accommodation which did the job for a short overnight stay.

I lost my car in this property’s parking lot in broad daylight. There is no security, and the lot is right beside a highway, which makes it very vulnerable to theft. Despite the parking lot being private, management claims they are not responsible. They were 3 cars that were stolen at the time. Please be cautious if you plan to stay here. I strongly recommend parking in the underground garage of the hotel next door. The rooms and staff were fine, but no level of hospitality can make me forget the loss of my car and the stressful situation I faced first thing in the morning.

Upon our arrival the staff said that our car was likely to be stolen. We decided to stay up all night and not sleep (we too shifts) to watch the car. At around 11:30 someone tried to steal the car. I was able to star the panic button and they ran away. The next day while speaking to the staff about this they said we were lucky our car was still there and that another car was stolen in the morning around7:00. In the room we found a big black bug in the bathroom, stains on the nightstand, and hair on the “clean” towels. I never leave a review, but this “stolen car” experience was horrible. The car that we almost for stolen was a Grand Highlander, ans the one that was stolen was a CRV
