Welcome to the ultimate summer getaway spot with heated pool, jacuzzi and infrared sauna, and resort like cabana with firepit! With a resort-like backyard, this home has been designed for the optimal entertainment experience. The kitchen and living room area is the perfect place to cook, dine and entertain, as the space opens out to the patio and pool area. The rear of the property features a guest house with own bed, full kitchen, full bathroom and private space. The back of the property has a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, cabana with firepit, sauna, day bed swing, outdoor shower and outdoor lounge area. The property also includes numerous game with plastic axe throwing at bullseye, golf chipping at green, lawn Connect 4, lawn Jenga blocks, cards, and various games inside. There is enough to do here the whole family and friends will be entertained.

The property is centrally located to Los Angeles. It is close to LAX airport and Sofi Stadium. It is close to Manhattan, Hermosa, El Segunda, Venice and Santa Monica Beach. The house is close to the 405 to easily travel to where you want to go if you want to explore across Los Angeles.

Ready to Enjoy!
This rental was perfect for our group of 8 friends to enjoy. We spent time outside by the pool, relaxed on the couch swing, and made frequent use of the jacuzzi while relaxing and getting to hang out together. This home had all the right amenities (as advertised and all working) for us to get on WiFi and start vacationing. Brett was easy and pleasant throughout making things simple with check-in, heating the pool and being quite friendly. I’ll definitely recommend to friends!

LMU family weekend
We came out for family weekend at LMU. It was really close to the school and my son loved that the property had a hot tub and sauna. The house had everything we needed. There is a keurig for coffee and a pot. The only thing missing was a toaster so that would be my suggestion. We had a great weekend and I would recommend this property.

Brett’s place was great and he was so accommodating for 8 adults and 3 infants. The house itself is well appointed with all kitchen essentials, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. The pool and cabana were the highlight of our stay. Brett checked in on us several times and made sure we had all that we needed. 5 star host.

Absolutely awesome place to stay in LA
My wife and I travel a lot around the world, mostly for business but also for pleasure. So we stay at a LOT of short term rentals because all other things being equal we usually prefer them to hotels. So when I say that this is one of the best short term rentals we've stayed at it should mean something. It is super clean. It was amazingly well stocked (I feel that everything you could reasonably expect from a rental was there, and then tons more). It has a sauna for goodness-sake. The jacuzzi worked well and ran hotter than any I've experienced at a rental. And the owner is super responsive, friendly, and helpful. Depending on your LA needs it is also in a great location, very close to LAX, Santa Monica, Inglewood. I definitely recommend this rental without reservation, and I'm sure we will be here again. Thanks Brett!
