Hotel was convenient to Wimbledon for tennis and near underground. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and breakfast reallly good. We had issue with toilet flushing and bedside light not working but we were only there 1 night.

Wonderful area to stay and so close to Stamford Bridge. We have stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. However, this visit was not up to the previous standards. The room was not in the best shape, remote control to TV had limited functionality. Our biggest concern was the noise from the AC fan. It was making a constant squeaking noise and was very disturbing during the night. We spoke to staff at the front desk about the issue and nothing to our knowledge was done about it. Although they said maintenance would take a look. Disappointed that this was not addressed.

Air conditioner doesn’t function at all. I had my room changed due to bad air condition and bathroom sink being clogged but in spite of that, it was a terrible experience. Bathrooms are very old and not clean. I have visited all over the world but never had this kind of experience with any hotel.Staff is nice but the hotel is not the choice.

Overall good - we were not told that how to operate the lift using the electronic key so this was a bad start. Also, a shaver socket would have been useful. Finally, we didn't realise there was a restaurant until it was time to go so we just had snacks and a burger at the bar rather than a nice dinner. However, overall a pleasant hotel and we would come here again.

Great Location, Hotel perfect for Business Trip

Great Location Hotel perfect and exactly what you need and expect for a business trip (although plug socket by the side tables not just the desk area wouldn't go amiss) In this heat, and after a bad choice the week before in Kent, I chose hotel predominantly on if it had air con and it was a welcome change and meant I could sleep well before my meeting and work comfortably on my final morning before travelling back. All staff were friendly

Accessible by bus, a taxi, and a train. The night we came to the hotel before 11 pm, the room was not ready. I booked for suite room for 4 people. When they gave us the room, it is only 2 single beds, they expected us to sleep on those beds with 4 people. I called the front desk and was offered an extra bed. I said no, I booked this room over a month ago and I called them also that morning to confirm that we are coming late. I was so annoyed. The manager came to our room and apologized and took us to a different room. A queen-size bed and a sofa bed. I was told they are fully booked. I said it's not my problem because I booked this room a long time ago. They offered us a voucher at the bar and a refund for breakfast. Yeah, big deal. After the fact that all the aggravation that night was not fun. The kids were hungry, the only thing they could offer was water and told us to order via Uber Eats because it was midnight already and there’s no store were open. All I asked, respect the guess and treat them like your family.

The location was great! The hotel room wasn't modern, and I didn't feel it was the cleanest, but we made the best of it. No mini fridge in room, but there was a coffee machine for those guests that drink it. We stayed during some very hot weather, so the AC in the room was nice. Overall, it was an OK stay, especially for the price.
