Great For Short Stay
Ideal for a short stay if visiting South London/North Surrey; rail & bus connections are very good. Very helpful staff. Otherwise a standard Ibis hotel. One complaint: you can hear peole outside or above the room if they walk/run heavily.

Wouldn’t stay again
Very noisy, - not the hotels fault but guests screaming, shouting running down the corridors. I had a dodgy kettle, which they were quick to fix. -however quite dangerous to a kettle to boil to overflow next to electrical equipment. I didn’t like the bathroom - the mirror was quite far away - so I ended up using the mirror in the room.

Nice to have a new hotel option in Sutton. Grew up in the area and was back visiting family for a week. Hotel is conveniently located and the only downside is lack of easy parking although that wasn’t an issue for me because I used public transport or walked everywhere I needed to go. Rooms are clean, quiet and have all the amenities I needed.

Hotel was easy to get to. Room was clean, Comfortable and nice and warm. Only downside was no mini fridge and parking was disappointing as the allocated slots was u available due to building works and no advance was given.
