What a fab hotel right in the heart of Stratford, near to lots of restaurants and bars, a perfect location. Our room was large and well set-up. A few more teabags in the room would have been nice, although this was replenished the following day.

Great stay, perfect for Stratford. My only small gripes were that the room lacks a lot of the toiletries etc you would expect for a hotel of this standard. Also, the air conditioning decided to increase itself overnight causing me to wake. Otherwise fabulous.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor and the towels smelled like vinegar. I immediately brought this to the staff’s attention, but instead of offering a proper solution such as changing the towels or cleaning the room, they simply offered me an air freshener. This is unacceptable for a hotel stay, especially at check-in when the room should be in its best condition. A more proactive approach and better customer service would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and I will likely consider other options next time.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel for my partner’s birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean, spacious and very comfy. The hotel is also in a great location with the shopping centre entrance just seconds away and lots of restaurants on the plaza.

We booked this hotel as we went to the Iron Maiden concert at the London Stadium. Very convenient only 10 minutes walk. However be prepared for a longer walk back as the event staff push you towards Stratford International. Westfield is shut down, obviously because of the large amount of people there, so the walk back took us 30 minutes. Not the hotels fault but just an insight of what could happen. Other than this annoying distraction the hotel is nice and a good location.
