Great stay for our one night trip to London. Excellent location (walking distance) from hotel to O2 arena. Check-in and check-out both seamless and all hotel staff professional and polite. A particular mention regarding breakfast which provided excellent choices of hot or cold buffet style. Highly recommend this hotel.

A great overnight stay

My husband and I had a lovely stay, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. We had a drink at the bar in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of seating. Perfect if visiting the o2 as only a 20 minute walk

Hotel was a basic chain. We were only there 1 night. Were seeing Peter Kaye at the O2. My only real gripe was breakfast. The buffet items were very limited abd of poor quality. The sausages were terrible, bacon very salty, hash browns were inedible.

The staff here have been the best staff I've ever met in a hotel chain. The area is very quiet with just a 10 minute walk to the 02. If youre going to an event i would recommend staying here!
