I do not like a long walk from the Terminal...15-20 minutes from; terminal 3. The Hotel should have a golf car to pick up they guest, because no Taxi willing to take you to short distance.

Could not be more convenient to Heathrow T2/3 which is the point of staying for an early morning flight. 9th floor room was perfect except for the fact that the arrival temperature inside was too hot at 24C and very difficult to cool down with fixed shut windows. Otherwise a very nice room which appeared sparkling new and clean. We tried to have dinner on the bottom floor restaurant but even though we were seated, after 20 minutes with no wait staff approaching, we left and purchased sandwiches and crisps in the lobby self serve. The restaurant was overwhelmed with multiple tables dirty and insufficient wait staff for a 9pm dinner on a Friday night. Poor management planning. Check in and out was quick, friendly, and efficient.

Dinner, as usual, at the airport was really expensive for not the best food. While they have a nice, varied menu, my 15 year old and I ended up spending 72 GBP for a mediocre meal.
