Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Well where do I start.
Ac was useless and noisy
Was told television was not working throughout the hotel, we was told they were working on it but still not working after two days
We had to change room because the executive is more like a 2 star
Drinks tipped over us and baby trolly and on top of that they still served one of us an half empty glass
We had a meal in the restaurant and two of us ordered fillet steak, could not believe we each had Three little pieces each, we complained and was told that’s how they do their steaks so after complaining more to the manageress she took things on board and she had to shout at the chef to do the steaks properly. After a while she came back to us and told us she could not do the steaks as they didn’t have any so basically they had cut a steak in half cut it into little pieces and tried to Rob us.
In all fairness the lady in charge gave us some discount and we insisted on giving her a personal tip.
Then the next day we went down for breakfast 10.15 and was immediately warned breakfast shuts at 10.30 so we got some food and next thing we knew the staff were rushing around removing all the food and drinks.
This is without doubt the worst hotel we have ever stayed in but I must say the bar staff were really nice
