The staff was very polite. Property is beautiful. Love the different animals around it. Cleanliness was good, but could it be a little bit better. They need to improve on the drinks. More natural juices and better cocktails drinks would be nice.

Overall great experience
This place was the total package. I felt very comfortable and safe here while traveling to Punta Cana alone. I never had to leave the resort, they offered water activities in the beach, the food in the buffet was decent but they also had several different restaurant options with better food, several bars (with good drink options), entertainment every night @9 pm, and the resort is huge so it never felt over crowded. Staff members were extremely kind & helpful (not a single issue in that category) I truly enjoyed my stay. Cons: I stayed on the ground floor closer to the pool & beach so I ran into a few insects in my room but nothing too crazy. I’d recommend staying above the ground level if possible

Nice property overall but a lot, not all, servers are not very good. More concerned about cleaning tables than taking care of the guests. Most of the time we had to flag someone for water. No attention to details. It’s clear that they do not like their jobs. Food is just ok. I think we’ll try somewhere else next time. This is only our experience and opinion. I am sure lots of people love it here.

We were super impressed with the kids pool and activities, it made for great memories for my daughter. Staff was great and helpful. It was tough to get dinner reservations but we managed to get in all but one night. I wish the coffee shop opened earlier.
