We stayed at this adorable little air b&b style duplex during Valentine’s Day! We did have some trouble finding it at first because there is the blue Marlin hotel to the right of the small gate but it was perfectly located immediately to the right of Anna’s Cuban cafe which hands down is my favorite coffee & Cuban sandwich spot in key west and in front of a super fun “off the strip” bar/restaurant with live music nightly! Always packed! The parking was kinda weird but that’s the keys for ya. We luckily got parking right in front of the gate but out friends parked about a quarter mile down on the same road and the parking meters time out at 7am so we had to wake up early just to renew our meter. ( ANNOYING but got us motivated to get up early ) When you walk into the gate you’re greated with a cute botanical pathways and 2 great and well functioning jacuzzis. The only thing that depending on what kind of trip your on that I wasn’t comfortable with ( for vday of course ) was that the room with literally door to door with our neighbors ( other guests ) and basically…. I don’t recommend going on a lovers Vday vacation there without ear plugs 🙃 we definitely had some “loud” co-stayers who REALLY liked late night dips in the jacuzzi. Which is fine! BUT our front door didn’t have a complete seal and wasn’t even with the frame so you literally heard EVERYTHING that they said or did. I wouldn’t mind it as much if it weren’t for the fact we supposed to be a romantic getaway… 😬

The property was clean. No amenities. No parking. Had to call maintenance 2 times with followups. The pullout couch matress was like sleeping on springs. Entry door had to be fixed twice. A/C ran constantly... Never shut off. And all that during a 1 nite stay.

I like that the suites were secluded but yet so Close to grocery store and somewhere to eat and the ocean. The furniture needed replacing badly dresser, dining table, hangin lamp all severely beat up Or damaged. Had everything promised though and beds were very comfortable.
