The property does NOT have a hot tub! Travelocity and/or the property are false advertising it having a property. I specifically searched properties with a hot tub to enjoy after a day snorkeling, etc….. their sister property has a hot you can go to and use, but this hotel/property does not have one. Hotel otherwise is fine.

Rooms were clean, resort was beautiful!! Wish we had more days spent here on our trip but we will definitely stay here again! The Shuttle to downtown books up very quick so we weren’t able to get on it at any point. We had to Uber. I think it should be a 1st come first served rather than allowing everyone to book it in advance or add another shuttle bus so everyone is able to use it.

The staff was friendly and reached out to see if we needed anything. The room was okay, no desk and only 3 drawers for 2 people. The bathroom had little to no place for toiletries or hanging clothes or towels. Water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable. The competing music between the two pools was annoying-please consider play the same music for both areas.

We only had our room Cleaned one time and that’s because we asked for it. No one understands English well and they answer with memorized statements. Nothing is consistent when it comes to coffee food etc, no coffee offered one morning in the lobby. We would not stay here again. Never saw the “scheduled events” in the evenings. No live music etc

The best part of the stay was the customer service. Very nice people who give clear instructions. The room however…. All the problems mostly from the bathroom. There was a hard mold smell coming from the plumbing wall between the toilet and shower head. Then the toilet didn’t flush and the sink didn’t drain so that was fun. Finally the farm door didn’t want to open when we closed it. We didn’t communicate these since we stayed on night ans was only at the hotel to sleep. Room was beautiful, bed comfy, ac worked nice, and the location was good, but it was just the bathroom. Room was #225 for reference. I want to warn that the floor transitions in the main walkway to the rooms are very slippery given we live in a rainy state - maybe put grip covers to prevent a bad fall. I also would’ve liked to know there was a uncovered stairwell to the second floor with bad wayfinding to determine if there was an elevator - we carried a heavy dog cage up the wet uncovered stairs in the rain…. Lastly, want to put out there it’s a little much to charge for parking, a “resort fee” and a safety deposit on top of the $300 room charge for a night upon arrival. On hotels app these were disclosed so I wasn’t a surprise but nonetheless an opinion. I would say if you’re here for multiple days just make sure your plumbing and equipment work and ask for help with luggage if you’re on the second floor. Make sure you’re comfortable for spending over $$350 a night with paid parking is what I mean.

The star was outstanding and the experience was overall great. Only caveat is the resort fees and taxes not being very crystal clear with Expedia pricing and what they hold at the resort and charge.

AC was out x2 days. No balcony and not ocean view. No restaurant only food truck which was not always open. Shuttle only takes you to one destination near Duval Street. Staff was great especially maintenance which we had to call 3 days in a row before we got a new room. Ended up having to rent a car to go out to eat

The floors in our room were not washed. They made only one bed a day not both. The staff was friendly and the resort was beautiful.
