Chill out and surf the cable channels while the shared washer/dryer takes care of any laundry that may have piled up. The first floor is newly renovated so you can enjoy a more luxurious stay. Grab a book and dip your toes into the shared pool while gentle music streams over the free WiFi. Make a few snacks in the convenient kitchen and then head down to the beach to spend the day on a paddleboard, jet ski, or just hanging out by the crashing waves.

*This is a dog-friendly unit with a two dog limit and a 35 pound weight limit for each dog.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
