I recently stayed at this hotel, and the room conditions were completely unacceptable. The space was filthy… dirty, dusty, and reeking of mold. The sink didn’t drain, the water never got hotter than lukewarm, and parts of the toilet were missing. The bathroom was visibly unsanitary, and the overall condition of the room made it impossible to rest. Hallways were so loud and disgusting and the walls were so thin. In the middle of the night, we tried to switch rooms or even leave for another hotel, but everything nearby was sold out. We had no choice but to push through the night in conditions no guest should ever experience. While the front desk staff at checkout were respectful and accommodating, that does not excuse the fact that this room should never have been booked. Management needs to address these issues immediately and consider issuing refunds to guests who have had to endure this, which we had to go through. Selling a room in this state is unacceptable.
