Choose different hotel!

The pillows there are extra uncomfortable, take your own!!!! Room was very small. Breakfast was included in the price (not low price) but when we come to breakfast room 30 minutes before the end of breakfast hours, there was very little left to eat, no eggs and no one to ask for more. We will never come back there!

I wish zero stars was an option

I wish I could give it zero stars. We booked months worth of rooms for our employees since the start of the year. They missed the checkout date by less than two hours and were charged $50 a room to have the doors unlocked. The staff at this hotel is beyond condescending, obnoxious and arrogant. You better hope that you do not have any sort of issues. Even when it was their mistake, The hotel is not clean and is in a sketchy part of town, buyer beware

We actually ended up leaving and not even staying the night at this hotel. I was told we would get a full refund ( which we still have not received). The hotel has roaches and really really bad mold in the bathroom. A shower that stays leaking and it was slimy. There appeared to have been a fire in our room and the outlets were black with damage. The smoke alarm was hanging open with no batteries in it. There was a bullet from a gun just sitting next to our door. It was truly an awful experience.

The bathtub and shower pieces were falling out of the wall and wouldn’t fully shut off, the toilet ran constantly and made awful noises. The outlet next to the hair dryer was loose and shot sparks. There was conditioner but no shampoo. There were stains on everything and dents in the door.

Roof leak

Roof leaked. We were on the bottom floor and the roof dripped all night long. The photos make the place look like a hotel when really it’s a motel. Would not stay again because there was water all over the place by the morning.
