Good service from staff, modern design, good breakfast selection, comfortable bed. Carpet seemed dirty, not much light in the rooms, not much noise protection between rooms, no weight bench in fitness room to be able to use weight set.

It so nice bedside table contents

Hotel and rooms are pretty nice. Service was just ok. Had to wait for front desk personnel to be at the front desk when both checking in and checking out. Mild inconveniences. The biggest negative of the stay was lack of attention to detail by maid service when cleaning our room from previous guest stay. Our 15 year old discovered body oil and condoms in the bedside table drawer. Needless to say, not what we would have liked to see. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and attentive—they made check-in smooth and were always available to assist with anything we needed. We were thoroughly impressed with the amenities received at such a great price. The front desk staff were wonderful & so sweet. Je-Nae especially exhibited patience, politeness, & great customer service. The room was spacious & clean. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash available. We’ll be visiting the area frequently & this is the only place we’ll book from now on. Top notch!

Nice spacious sweet clean when we got there . They said they would come and clean the room every other day for our 4 day stay but they only came on the 3rd day but did give us new towels on the 2nd day when informed that no one came to clean our room on the 2nd day. Minimal areas to hang up your towels to reuse them. But overall a nice place to stay.
