Horror Hotel
Horrendous experience. Unsafe, dirty and old. We had to be moved twice because the place was filthy. We checked out the next day because we did not feel safe. Noise all night , people smoking and coughing. Never again will i stay at a Ramada. The staff tried so hard to help us but they couldnt do miracles. The staff was amazing.

This is probably the worst hotel I stayed at in my entire life. My room was old, the bathroom door had no lock on it. The shower rod was bent so you could not completely close the shower curtain. Not sure if it just a bad design or if it was actually bent, but it was bad regardless. I was there for three nights and housecleaning did not show up for the duration of my stay. The pool was broken. This was not disclosed to me at booking or at registration, which I'm very pissed about. On top of that on Monday of my stay the renovation crew came and started working on the pool with very loud power tools at 8AM.... Now I understand that it's work that they have to do, but people are here on vacation.... don't you guys think that no one wants to wake up at 8AM on their vacation to the sound of power tools being used? Only good thing I can say about this, is that breakfast was included. Not that it was anything special, but hey free breakfast... Anyways. I will not ever stay at another Ramada Hotel after this, that's for sure.

The morning after we arrived we were woken at 8am by the sounds of motors and jackhammering. To our surprise they were draining the pool and hot tub and jackhammering it. So much for a day at the pool. We have photos and videos of this. The room was filthy with handprints on the headboards and walls etc. I definitely will not be returning to this location. The staff was friendly but had no answers as to why the pool was being destroyed. We booked this room for the pool. Extremely disappointed.

The stay was ok. The property is old. My room was not up to par because housekeeping was lacking a lot. They need to do a better job cleaning and fixing these beds and bathrooms properly. The breakfast buffet was the best part.they had a good selection The guests around this property are very suspicious. However after I checked in I stayed in my room. But I could hear the commotion outside. This place needs better security. Overall it was ok.

The toilet had no water. The pictures give the illusion this is a nice hotel but it’s straight up a motel. Saw about three roaches and I was there less than a day. Mold around the tub. Avoid if you can.

We stayed for 3 nights, our room was not cleaned once, there was someone else pubes in the bathroom. I asked for clean towels twice, went back later in the afternoon, the front desk lady said I'll see if we have any "your luck I found 2". Ohh and I was treated horribly, but my white man husband was treated nice and with respect.

The staff is always amazing whenever I come in town. Rooms are always clean, and if there is a problem there’re right on it. The Breakfast is also very good. And I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Duval area

This place is the unpleasant
This property is on my list of never stay again places. The front desk staff began the bad experience and the disgusting housekeeping made it completely terrible. We checked out immediately. If Hotels.com continues to do business with this horrible property, I highly recommend Hotels.com patrons avoid this property like the plague.

We visit Jacksonville FL like 5 times each year. The only thing that the Ramada NEEDS to change is the breakfast.its sufficient but it has been the same for several years now. The only item changed was the yogurt. They need to go back with individual ones overall an A+ . PRICE CONVIENCE and employees A++
