Hotel very outdated, needs up grades. Needs a staff that cares about the quests. Put in multiple requests to have some fix an outlet that had metal coming out it, got told I couldn't switch rooms. 4 days of unsafe room with 2 kids in it. Not happy. Plus wouldn't clean room, ask for towels and got told i had to take used ones to the front desk and they would give me new. Stay far away from this hotel. I should've got full refund but got one night compensation. I took pictures to prove how unsafe it was.

Wonderful accommodations for pets! One of the only properties that does not charge. However, rooms definitely show pet damage from previous visitors. Rooms were very comfortable with very soft towels! Property is in need of refurbishment and basic maintenance. Elevator looked horrible inside: dirty, torn decal on door, graffitti etc. Elevator buttons don't light inside or outside. Carpet in hallways has bleach stains throughout property. Time to invest in the property Wyndham.

Very disappointing. Elevator was filthy. Room carpets - not sure if it was the color it was originally or just not cleaned in a century. Bathroom fan vent filthy. Doors, etc. looked pretty banged up.
