Staff was friendly but did not greet you on sight. Bathroom floor grout was very dirty, elevator was dirty, and the continental breakfast was mostly carbs. Hot water was not hot in beverage center. No water bottles or large cups for water. No hot water in the morning to shower.

The bed was more like a hammock. It was very well used. Our room never got cleaned because we had the do not disturb sign out until 10AM. When we called and asked about it we were told that housekeeping saw the Do not Disturb sign and passed right by. We were allowed to get clean towels by going to desk. Walls were paper thin. HORRIBLE experience at a brand hotel I generally like.

CONS: I booked this room many month in advance. Once I checked in I was then told they don’t have queen size beds even though that’s what my confirmation emails and Travelocity history confirm that I booked. The double beds were not comfortable and you could hear the springs in them with movement. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave which was an inconvenience for our 4 night trip with children. We went to target and bought a disposable cooler to keep drinks in. The AC was either freezing or hot, there was no in between. There was mold in the bathroom caulk. They closed the pool several times due to weather when it was only slightly cloudy. The elevator was insanely slow and out dated. PROS: The house keepers were very friendly. They supplied you with pool towels. It is right next to Cracker Barrel so we were able to walk there for dinner one night.

Also not all of our rooms have fridge and microwaves. To get a room with a microwave and a fridge you have to book one. Again I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. I'm not a picky person and don't need luxury; all I need is cleanliness and this was far from that. I killed a roach on day one and the remains stayed very apparent on the wall for my entire stay (one week). They visibly never vacuumed or swept in the bathroom (hair and debris remained all week). One day they completely missed my room. Common areas were just as bad...stained carpets, stained walls, and I even used a wipe to clean the buttons of the elevators. If you eat the breakfast be prepared for no variety...everything is beige...no joke. Disappointed I booked an entire week here.
