What hotel in 2026 does not have hot water in the morning? It took 20 minutes for the hot water to appear in my room the second morning I stayed there. On the third morning, hot water never appeared. Absolutely ridiculous in 2026 for a namebrand hotel.

Clean and well kept hotel. Each morning offered different breakfast choices. Laundry facility was clean with proper working machines. We would’ve liked to have stayed longer but the mall traffic during Thanksgiving/Black Friday was a bit much.

The hotel was an older facility but you would not know that from the pictures. The HVAC in my room was very loud when it was running. When I asked about it, the front desk people were aware of the problem and said all of the units made noises. There was long hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good and it is located near a lot of stores.
