We arrived and they did not have the room we had reserved. The property was dirty and felt unsafe.

This property smelled as soon as you walked in the doors. Room reserved was not the room given as they had been "given out". 2 would have to sleep in the sofa bed. First room was filthy with no sheets on the sofa bed and the mattress was soiled. Floors dirty. No sheets or towels in the bathroom. Second room option was only marginally better, but the fridge was filthy. We could not stay there. It was the worst experience I've every had in hospitality.

The outside was nice but the inside was dirty and had a musty smell. They were under staffed and over booked. Horrible experience!!!!

After traveling all evening from New Hampshire to Florida we were told the hotel did not have any rooms. I had reserved a room the previous week and paid in advance. The woman working the counter did not even look in the computer after we told her we had reservations. Moral of the story we went somewhere else and had to pay for another room. Very upset with this whole situation.
