We experienced significant issues during our recent stay. Our room was not ready until 6:30PM, and upon arrival, I found it to be unacceptably dirty, with housekeeping providing only minimal service, meaning linen and towel service is provided. Housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Additionally, the hotel lacked on-site dining options, requiring you to leave the premises for all meals. Fortunately, my boyfriend proposed to me which allotted me to overlook the deficiencies. That’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
