The apartment is fine. Because it is ran by a management company, there are a lot of extra steps to rent, such as picture ID, multiple questions regarding no guests allowed, no smoking, etc. Which is all understandable. What they don’t tell you is parking in the garage is extra and expensive. Do not even try parking on the streets in Broad Ripple, guaranteed a parking ticket. I wish this would have been stated up front. Again, the apartment is clean, very up to date, and building is safe. But there is also construction directly outside of this apartment deck. Construction crew started early and it was noisy when I was there. So just be warned…

The apartment is very modern and clean. It's in a great place with lots to do all around. The communication with management was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Not enough utensils in the kitchen, nothing to strain pasta and knives were dull. Received about 7 emails telling me what I can't do and instructions for the key referenced photos that were not there. Surprise there's not parking unless you pay an extra 50 dollars. This was the negative icing on the cake. Parking should be included for the price. We felt like a prisoner with all the restrictions and warnings. Not sure I'll be back or use verbonagai

Love broad ripple. But unfortunately 4 people were shot and two died a couple blocks from the river house. Will keep us away for awhile.

Wonderful Location and very comfortable Apartment!

This was a half way travel stop for me and great few days to unwind before moving on. I really enjoyed walking downtown. There is a local Fresh Thyme Market so I could get anything I needed. I dined once at a wonderful Greek Restaurant. The weather was warm and sunny every day! Couldn’t have asked for more!
