This is the second year we have rented this unit. John is extremely responsive to inquires . The property is amazing , clean and modern. The location is great just a 10 minute scooter ride from downtown to avoid the hustle of the city. The pizza / bar around the corner is a lil jem !

Was a lovely place to stay. We came for 3 days to enjoy some family time and watch the eclipse. We had 3 generations stay here and it worked very well for all of us. Would definitely stay again

Quiet, Clean, Secure & Easy

In town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center with my daughter and the location was perfect.. easy to get downtown but far enough away to be quiet. Very clean and outfitted nicely. The garage and gate were a nice feature, felt very safe. Neighborhood was fine.. transitioning from older homes to new builds, like this VRBO. My only feedback is that it would be cool to have the code or an opener for the garage door in the back so a guest could enter/leave that way vs. closing the gate and garage door and then exiting through the front door. No biggie. And there is a Middle school across the street, so if you are staying on a weekday, you will hear announcements and bells/tones as they change classes. Again, not a big deal at all, but took a second to figure out where the voice was coming from when I woke up on Friday AM ;)

This property was so nice and very clean! Plenty of fresh towels, dishes and other amenities needed for everyday use! While my sister and I were there because of a death in the family, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were very comfortable in this beautiful house! The Host was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect location for the Indy 500

Family stayed here for the Indy 500 and the Indy Experience. We cooked out in the back and it was great for hosting a family event. House is new, clean and they supply everything you need. Location is in walking distance to some trendy restaurants. (Blue Beard is highly recommended). Kids walked to Dairy Queen in the evenings. Everything is great!

This place was amazing! Neighborhood was nice, obviously an up and coming area. The unit was as exactly described, the amenities were very nice. Found a lil gem of a bar around the corner as well. This property will for sure be placed on my favorites. Shirt scooter ride to downtown area as well.

Lovely property. Super comfy bed and so many nice little details such as coffee, cream, snacks and lots of extra towels. Roof deck was nice to enjoy the sunny weather. Walking distance to Fountain Square neighborhood.

Incredibly Inclusive in Indy!

The home is inviting, comfortable, clean and uncluttered. The neighborhood offers many different types of restaurants, small pubs and entertainment all within the embracing energy of this cozy urban community. Downtown is less than a 5 minute drive and it's the perfect location for attending an event at Lucas Oil. The views from the 2nd and 3rd story decks are spectacular (especially at night) and seem to mysticaly transform you into a chic metropolitan. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience and highly suggest this property for out of state travelers (like ourselves) or locals looking for a "staycation". You won't be disappointed.
