I have no complain about the staff, Brandon was a big help when checking in and out ( we did not end up staying there). The property itself was just dirty! Elevator smelled, there was a bathroom scrub in the hallway and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed or cleaned in weeks. Room that was provided to us had urine in the toilet and around. Seemed like someone had taking a bath(wet towels hunged up) and the pillows were in the middle of the bed. We felt unsafe not because it was dirty but because someone obviously had access to the room.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at I checked in and 10 minutes later I checked out the room, smell like old mold. When I saw the conditions of the room, I went to go speak with the guy in the reception. All he did was just give me new sheet and told me to change it myself which the sheets that he gave me was just as stain and dirty as the ones that were on the bed. It is one of the worst hotels I have ever been

The attendant at the desk was a little rude. We were standing at the front desk for a few minutes before thinking there was nobody back there and then a guy rolls his chair out of the corner and asked for our name like nothing happened. The first room we had smelled like smoky food. The sheets smelled the same. There was an onion ring or something of the kind in the air conditioner that I think was the cause of the smell. It was also set on fan only so the room was hot and humid. So we got another room that was better. Nothing fancy, but for the price it was fine. It was clean and smelled fine. The breakfast wasn’t the best as far as options so we didn’t eat there but it looked like what they did have was probably good.

Very dirty room. Many bugs, sticky surfaces, broken lamp, hair all in the sheets. Hot and cold water in the shower were reversed and shower did not drain properly. Sink handle broke off in my hand when I tried to use it the first time. Breakfast was gross and definitely had been sitting out for a while.

There was bugs in our room and that they didn't offer any compensation until I came back and complained a second time and it took them quite a while to provide me with a different room and offer me 20% off my stay which I still have not received. And they also took my deposit even though i've left no damage, only slept in the room

No smoke detector

There was a $5 each way cost for the airport shuttle which was a surprise, “oh, by the way”. And at checkout, when I showed the clerk the photo of the missing smoke detector, he said don’t worry, they won’t charge you for that. And continued to say that they are well aware of what’s going on in the rooms.
