Difficult walk to get food. Entrance was very run down. Room was very clean along with clean sheets and towels. Hallway carpet snagged wheels of suitcase, had to carry it to the room. Awful cooking smell in hallway.

This place looked dirty. There is an apology for construction but I don’t see construction. I asked what renovations they are doing and was told the rooms are being totally re done. The carpets in 227 are very stained. The common area carpets are dirty stained and lumpy . The room stinks like old smoke and chemicals, the bed and, bath, and counters look clean I wore socks on my feet because of the gross floors. The desk chair was heavily stained. When I walked into the hotel the front door was really narrow and the glass needed cleaning. The front desk was dated and looked grungy, the luggage cart was stained and grungy. The parking lot had people milling around and work vehicles, trucks, etc. The front desk man was nice, I had to call the several times, I couldn’t dial out with the room phone, he did connect me. My personal phone had no bars. The wi fy works. Had problems trying to use the TV. Finally got it working. At check in an other guest was disturbed over misunderstanding about airport parking. I don’t think they checked in his wife did not like the looks of the place. I noticed mostly working men in the hotel no women, usually tells me women are not comfortable here. No breakfast, sack with granola bar and muffin both contain soy I could not eat. I ordered pizza it was left on the dirty carpet in the hall no knock or call by door dash called closed papa John’s found it in the hall after I spoke w/mgr, they refunded me. Did Not eat. In C

The room was bigger, better-appointed, and clean. It was very similar to some much higher-priced rooms from my business travel experience. They are renovating at the moment, so other parts of the property are average, but the room was superb!

Reasonable for it being a La Quinta. Room facilities/amenities were clean enough (some mildew in the bathroom, stains on carpet, dust on lampshades) but outdated. Benefits are the 24/7 airport shuttle and grab and go breakfast was available prior to 5am. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

They would not pick us up at the airport. Yes it was late but I called in advance. I had to pay for an UBER ride. All of the carpet was stained lifting in places. As soon as I opened the door to my room. I smelt smoke, yet there was a $250 fine notice for smoking in the room. I was shocked to see what looked like blood stain on the floor. After talking to an employee those stains have been there for a long time ( months ). Needless to say everything, everyone reflected the lack of appearance all for the excuse we are under renovation. Yet there wasn’t any evidence of anything being renovated. All talk no action. Even the employees shuttle. Etc.
