"My only issue was with parking. The agent at the time of my check in did not explain to me that it was two different entrances for cars and trucks. I have a chevy transverse. Big suv. There also not any signs telling you the difference. To make a long story short.. I ended up damaging my passenger side door because I went out the exit for smaller cars. The driveway and wall is my mark properly."

"I stayed in a room in the newly renovated Lanai tower. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the upgrades far exceeded my expectations and are much nicer than the non-renovated rooms. Only drawback is that it's at the far end of the property, which is a long haul carrying luggage. Otherwise, loved my stay there."

It just is not a good place to stay if you wanna be close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and stuff, I would pick another hotel in the area and just pay the extra money.
