Excellent location within walking distance of Duval, Hemingway House and other areas of interest without being loud. The design of the individual bungalows blends into the Old Town neighborhood, combining architecture and scale suitable to the neighborhood with design elements that are of the moment. Staff was attentive and friendly. A special shoutout to the front desk staff as well as Keith attending the bar.

They put us in a corner room that was a room from a converted porch. This room was not even a part of the bungalows. Air conditioner was very loud to the point. We couldn’t sleep with it at night time. They put us on the second floor climbing two staircases. We are both over 60 years old and carrying her luggage up, two flights of steps was not acceptable. There was no elevator. I would recommend this facility to put senior citizens on bottom floor rooms.

This was a great spot to stay in the keys. Easily walkable to Duval street and tons of great dining option's, but still far enough away so that the noise of crowds doesn’t keep you up at night. 2 small pools to choose from. Breakfast is pretty basic - bagels, a couple baked goods, oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. We actually got upgraded for free to a room with a patio which was lovely! Loved having more space and really appreciated that. However, if you are on the road side it is very loud 24/7. There’s always cars, scooters, trucks etc driving by at all hours so bring your earplugs! Otherwise would recommend. It’s quaint and comfy. Rooms could use 4 towels instead of 2. And cleaning service came 2 times over our 4 night stay.

Outrageous over priced and over rated
We purchased a higher end room on this site but only discovered at checkout we were actually put in a basic room and charge over $3,000.00. There was no bottle water available and we were charged a deposit of $350.00 for incidentals but yet there was nothing to purchase. We did not even have a coffee pot available in the room and the “continental breakfast” was nothing more than a few pieces of toast, hot yogurt, and a few cold pastries. This place is so overpriced and over rated. I would never stay there again nor recommend it!!!!
