You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Victorian Charm in the heart of Denver

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Short ride or walk to Coors Field, Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium.

There is plenty of room to entertain or just relax. The backyard has a gazebo with heater, fire pit, corn hole game and hibachi grill.

Gourmet kitchen with full sized gas stove/ oven, cookware, spices, serving dishes, etc. to host a party.

The Space
Queen and Full sized beds in upstairs rooms. The family room couch is a pull-out queen sized bed, with a foam pad that can be added for extra comfort. A play pen / travel crib and portable highchair is available, as needed.

Guest access
The full home (excluding basement) and backyard are all yours. When not traveling for work, I work from home and I do ask that the laundry room (in basement) hours be limited on M-F from 4pm to 8am. If this limitation exists, I will clarify during the booking process.

Our host, Elizabeth had her beautiful house stocked with all of the niceties you could ever want. Plus, being able to walk to wonderful restaurants and grocery stores was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! All the extras were thought of and provided. Loved the accommodations and amenities. Close to stores and easy Uber access. Host was easy to communicate with and properly exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for downtown Denver trip.

From the moment we walked into the house we were in love. We are used to a relatively recently built suburban home. You can tell this home has history but its beautifully renewed and has all the modern amenities you could ask for and more. The kitchen is fantastic (I love to cook) and there is an amazing (if pricey) organic market literally across the street with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal from scratch. A beautiful clawfoot tub greeted us in the downstairs bathroom and the upstairs bathroom has a huge double shower. Just like the rest of the house, the bathrooms are clean and beautifully designed/decorated. Internet is fantastic, house is comfortable, I would live there year round. Parking is on the street but wasn't a problem for us. I was worried about noise and foot traffic but neither were an issue at all. It felt just like being at home in the suburbs. You are 10 minutes from just about anything downtown or around the central Denver area without even hitting an interstate. It's a lot of fun. Do it!

Amazing Place to stay

Great house and location

Very clean and well decorated. Our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions on the areas attractions. East access to many restaurants, activities and downtown. Loved sitting in the covered seating area outside. Great stay!

Great place to stay!!!

Elizabeth house is a home away from home (maybe even better). She provides everything and is thoughtful in what you may need or forgot. Her yard is like an oasis where you can relax or just have fun. From the moment you walk in and see the snacks and decor you’ll know you made the right decision. I would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

We loved the charm of this house. The decorations were cute, and the house was even better then the pictures. The host was very quick to reply and made checking in a breeze. Home away from home.

The host, Elizabeth, went well above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Upon entering her home gave us the sense of calmness and relaxation. Her house was stocked with many traveler comforts! We did not realize we needed snacks after our travels (my twins loved them!). As for the adults, we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the front porch swing. It was nice to have access to a Kitchen where we can make our own meals during our trip. My twins enjoyed, playing the available board games. The neighborhood was charming. Parking on the street was no problem. The house was situated in a neighborhood that has a Community Market where one can go in a pinch or relax for quick meal. Overall has a great week stay. We would book here again.

hidden gem

i want to give a honest review about this property and i want the next person or family who is booking to understand the magic that is in this home upon my arrival to this property i am met with a house that looks simple and plain but when you open the front door you are hit with charm and book shelf that took my breath away its filled with books and adventurer the vibe of this space is calm and loving and the personal touches are inviting and welcoming i have to boys ages 5 and 7 and they loved the games the host had out and the fact that they could play and fill comfortable this house is so beautifully decorated with everything you need walking in this home felt like walking in to your mothers house after being gone from home for to long if your every in Denver i would definitely book here i would run here lol i had the best time here and i cant wait to come again
