Spacious and comfortable large home

My friends and I stayed here on our most recent trip to Denver and we loved this house! There is so much space for everyone. We never felt crowded or too cramped. The house has two separate living areas so everyone can spread out and enjoy themselves. We will definitely be booking again in the future! Highly recommend

Great Location!!

We enjoyed the house! The house is spacious and extra kitchen is a plus. We had two families and we split house upstairs/ downstairs. Each family had privacy and also enjoyed the backyard communion. There are board games and a ping pong table ( all ages enjoyed) plus we brought some things to entertain the children. The listing said it was a pull out couch that I didn’t see. There is a futon In upstairs living room. This listing got 3 stars because before I booked home I looked at reviews and seen it was a problem with the dishwasher but got reassurance when they said it was fix timely. I thought problem was fixed and I wouldn’t have the same troubles and I did. The owner always responded and got the problem fix the same day. It was just an inconvenience to our trip. We also was charged a cleaning fee, which we didn’t mind paying. Once booked we get a list of things we need to do upon checking out, so why the high cleaning fee? We stripped all linen, cleaned dishes, took trash out and also to curb. I felt like that was a little excessive especially when we got charged a cleaning fee. Besides that house was great!!
