i recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Travelocity's customer service. After spending hours trying to resolve an issue online with a representative who had difficulty understanding English, I decided to try contacting them by phone. Unfortunately, I was met with long waiting times, leaving me on hold for hours before being able to speak with someone. The lack of efficient communication and understanding from the online representative was a major setback in resolving my issue. Additionally, the excessive wait times on the phone only added to my frustration. It felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously, and the lack of prompt assistance was disappointing. As a customer, I expect efficient and effective customer service, especially when dealing with travel-related matters. It is essential for Travelocity to ensure that their representatives are well-trained and capable of understanding and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner. I hope that Travelocity takes my feedback into consideration and works towards improving their customer service experience. It is crucial for them to prioritize effective communication and provide prompt assistance to their customers. I would caution others to be prepared for potential challenges when seeking assistance from Travelocity's customer service, and to consider alternative options when making travel arrangements.

Not very dog friendly even though it's advertised that way. Zero places to take your dog to pee. You have to walking down some very ''interesting'' alleys. It can be entertaining if you don't scare easily.

Fine for the price
Room was clean and comfortable, but the nearby nightclub and concert venue meant noise was a constant issue. We had a homeless person hiding on our floor overnight and riding in the elevator, with no onsite security. The hotel is in a rough neighborhood but the staff did their best. Overall fine for the price but expect a bare bones stay.

Absolutely terrible and disgusting. The staff what rude and slow. Room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, air conditioner didn't work, SHOWER DIDN'T WORK. Told them of all these issues and the lady said that h the e air conditioning works fine in oir room and I should have used the remote better. (I clicked ever button on the A/C and the remote 5x. It was jot user error. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the woman was trying to blame it on me after the fact.) I was told the manager would call me. Never heard anything back. Tried to call and the lady said he already has my information and would be back in tomorrow. How come he didn’t reach out to me like I asked if he already has my information? overall, I would never ever recommend anybody to stay in this disgusting rundown, understaffed non-functioning hotel. Again, last night, we did not have sufficient air conditioning on a hot night nor did we have the ability to take a shower. This hotel room was Uninhabitable during our stay and after being notified about it, the hotel has done nothing to compensate us or apologize about the issue. The rude woman on the phone just kinda blamed me for their stuff not working haha. Looking forward to hearing back soon from the manager that the staff i spoke to told me really does not care about anything.

We loved staying here, beds are 11/10 comfy… like the comfiest beds i’ve ever slept on & my partner agrees. Only complaint is if you don’t sleep with A/C on you can hear the club beside you. but it’s great.

Found a needle hanging from the vent in the bathroom. Mildew smell is strong upon walking into the room. Loud yelling outside in the middle of the night because it's it's in a not so great area.

The staff was really nice, the room was really clean and smelled good and it was pleasant. Accept it is on Colfax so it can get noisy but other then that it wasnt so bad.
