Property was convenient to the event that we were attending. The property was looking "tired" and in need of freshening up, both in terms of repairs as well as some new furniture. One of our chairs was broken, the ceiling was peeling and there were spots of mold in the shower. And one of the elevators was not working. With a couple of large groups at the hotel, it was a long wait for the elevators. It appeared that the one elevator has been out of service for awhile.

Stayed for a business trip. Most all hotels were sold out and this was available. I would not stay here again on my next trip. One of the two elevators was not working and the one that was would take minutes to arrive, it would go very very slow. The front desk person told me that they don’t do daily cleaning but every other day or upon request. After the second day i noticed the room wasn’t clean and i asked, i was then told that its every 3 days. Miscommunication here or misinformation but still, not ideal. Pool was dirty dirty not that it was swimming season but it speaks for the cleanliness and attention to the detail. Tried using the gym which is basically just cardio equipment but that wasn’t working either.

One of two Elevators was broken so the remaining elevator meant a 6 to 10 minute. Wait every time you want to get on, ridiculous waiting like that

I have stayed in other Hyatt Place hotel, just recently in St.George. I did not have the best experience at this location. It was noisy. The traffic noise was non stop I also had a family next door with a baby crying for most of the night. I had to turn on the TV to block some of the noise. I did not sleep my entire stay. Very disappointed

Room was noisy, right next to expressway. It was ok during the day because no one could drive fast but at night it was so loud! The TV in our room was not a smart TV. The breakfast was not great and they packed it up 20 min early. Elevators were not working correctly and one had a light out so it was dark. We had to go upstairs more than once and we were on the 5th floor. Not bad but my husband has oral surgery so not great for him. Front desk lady was slow. Gym was NOT a gym, it was cardio. 2 treadmills, 3 bikes, and an elliptical. Location was good and liked the fact that it had gated parking.
