The building is fairly new, and offers a full state of the art gym, pool area, and sky lounge. A coffee shop is just outside of the main entrance. Enjoy!
The space
A small condo with huge offers and location, location, location! Close to everything including the state fair of Texas!

The large lofty windows steal the living room, letting in lots of light and opening
the room up to Deep Ellum views, especially beautiful at night!

Our Living room features a fold down sofa and a large smart tv.

The kitchen boasts all the amenities of home to prepare meals if you desire to, as well as wine glasses and opener.

The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed.

The building has a fully equipped gym with premium equipment, a super cool pool area on a mid rooftop, and lounge area on the rooftop. A coffee shop is just in front of the main entrance.

There are a plethora of restaurants, bars, and attractions within walking distance. See the guidebook.
Guest access
A key fob is required to access all areas of the building including elevators.

A keycard is required to enter and exit garage.
Other things to note
Loss of key fob or keycard results in $100 replacement fee.

Early check in fee: $25

Late checkout fee: $50
30 minutes past your checkout time, a late checkout fee of $50 will be assessed, and 1 hour past checkout incurs a fee equal to 1 night’s stay. We must have time to accommodate the next guest. Please see this section in House Rules also. Thank you for your consideration in advance.
