Disgrace

The property is unsafe and is in poor condition. The owner doesn’t have photos of the exterior of the property for a reason. There are boarded windows, exterior cracks, and is rundown. The owner also has no interest in ethically resolving concerns.

Great cabin

This was a great cabin for a quiet getaway. Better area in my opinion than Broken Bow but just a short drive away! There were Good options for restaurants right up the road from the cabin. This is not a negative review for the cabin just something worth knowing…a lot of VRBO rentals keep spare things such as sugar, coffee, shampoo, etc but there were none here so just don’t forget to pack them! There was a hair dryer & seasonings in the kitchen (a few things most rentals often don’t have). We definitely would stay here again it was lovely

Vacation Spot

The apartment was super clean and offered extras that we forgot! The host had a few games for us to play, pots, pans, coffee and a great wifi connection for me to work remote. Also liked the patio area great for socializing in the nice weather. Would stay here again!

Not a safe neighborhood! Apartment in poor repair!

Property location unsafe. Gun shots heard at night, houses and businesses in the area in poor repair and or boarded up. Loud neighbors arguing and banging on on doors. Apartment had dirty walls, heat did not work, thermostat disgusting, walls, floor, ceiling in shower, cabinets in bathroom and kitchen in poor condition all in poor condition. Bedroom door and front access doors in poor condition. Only 2 bath towels provided 2 people for 4 days . After requesting more towels, I received two more with a bunch of hand towels. We had to go buy towels. I contacted host about the heat and towels but none of the other issues during the stay due to her having access to the apartment.

Peaceful

The stay was surprisingly pleasant. Only complaint was hot bedroom. Court yard was fantastic. Working soda machine would have added to the laid back atmosphere. Lots of places to visit near by. Truly an enjoyable experience. I will recommend to friends visiting Dallas ☺️😁
