"This is the only hotel we have stayed in that made us feel at ease and relaxed. This hotel is in the middle of major tourist attractions, but never made us feel touristy or exposed. Celebrating our second honeymoon couldn't asked for a better location. The staff was very welcoming and attentive without breaking the sense of privacy and intimacy any couple needs . We arrived at 3:00 am and we had someone there to welcome us, take care of our needs and recommended the best places for breakfast and dinner with a smile. We came in and out at different hours and never felt uncomfortable by stares like some large hotels make you feel. Having a small restaurant on premise is a plus for those days you just want to unwind without travelling. We wish we can remember everyone's names that treated us like family, but we want to say thank you, specifically to Carla for accommodating us for a late checkout when the elevator broke down that allowed us to have our last romantic walk through the streets of Old San Juan while enjoying what our Island has to offer. "The place is a gem, right at the Plaza De Colon. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works great. There is a common area that allows you to make coffee and tea and microwave. It is close to some great bars and restaurants. "
