When we checked in we were sent to a room that had not been serviced - dirty bed sheets and dirty bathroom. Not a pleasant beginning to our stay. I was given a $25 certificate for food and beverage that was useless to me since I was not there long enough to actually use it (it was declined in the bar for a drink).

When I arrived first thing out of the desk clerk mouth was "there will be a twenty dollar early check in fee". My opinion is if your room is available for check in they should allow you to have it. Then there was a$10 fee for a parking permit. At the time there were four cars in the entire lot (at least visible from where I parked). I felt like they were nickle and dime me. It was more about the money than my comfort. I expected more from Hyatt place. With the name Hyatt you expect class and service. My daughter was able to get them to remove the early check in fee. The overall property was nice and clean.
